Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Platform Integration Manager to partner with the Senior Manager, Platform Engineering and accelerate Q-SYS adoption across strategic accounts and Experience Centers in the United States.

You will design, program, and validate AV solutions, while guiding customer demonstrations and training experiences. The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years in professional AV, strong knowledge of DSP, networking, and programming, and is comfortable collaborating with product and

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of integrated AV systems, DSP tech, and signal flow.
• Experience with networked audio/video and enterprise networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system-level issues across hardware and software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for project tracking.
• CTS or equivalent AV certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic accounts and drive adoption of the Q-SYS platform.
• Act as a technical advisor to engineering, programming, and leadership teams at partner organizations.
• Facilitate Voice of Customer discussions and communicate requirements.
• Assist with escalated support cases and technical consultations.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and training sessions.
• Develop and maintain Q-SYS Experience Centers and related demos.
• Collaborate on standardized system design and demonstration methodologies.
• Maintain Experience Center operations and respond to incidents as needed.
