Acuity Inc. in the Midwest/Chicagoland area seeks a Business Development Manager, Enterprise, to drive adoption of the Q-SYS platform within the Enterprise vertical, targeting multinational corporations.

The role is hybrid with travel; the ideal candidate will hunt for new enterprise customers, build room standards, and deliver demonstrations to drive growth. The position requires 5+ years of sales experience in AV/IT or related tech, strong communication and CRM skills, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience within AV/IT or related tech industries.
• Demonstrated success identifying, developing, and acquiring new enterprise-level customers.
• Experience collaborating across sales functions, including partners, consultants and strategic accounts.

Responsabilités

• Hunt for new Enterprise level Q-SYS customers and grow existing ones.
• Create room standards based on the Q-SYS ecosystem for Enterprise customers.
• Sell more of the Q-SYS product line into new and existing customers.
• Present Q-SYS products via in-person and virtual demonstrations and proof of concepts.
• Develop and improve technical understanding of the Q-SYS solution set.
• Record opportunities and CRM details; meet KPIs for pipeline and activity.
