Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in technical project management or delivery management.
• Experience coordinating multiple infrastructure, engineering, security, operations, and business teams.
• Strong ability to build and maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, and risk registers.
• Experience coordinating cloud infrastructure, network, data center, workplace technology, or enterprise platform delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of platform infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate work across Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud, Network, Security, Operations, Application, and external partners.
• Facilitate project meetings, readiness reviews, and status checkpoints.
• Track progress and escalate risks when appropriate.
• Ensure documentation of decisions, requirements, and delivery commitments.
• Support readiness planning for launches, migrations, and major releases.
• Coordinate operational readiness activities including testing, deployment, and handoffs.
