Job summary

Versant in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate platform infrastructure initiatives across cloud and on‑premise environments, aligning with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, and Operations teams.

You will own project plans, track milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure readiness for launches and major updates, while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing technical projects.
• Experience coordinating across infrastructure, engineering, security, operations, and applications.
• Experience with cloud and on-premises infrastructure and platform delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate platform infrastructure projects from planning through launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and actions.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud, Network, Security, Operations, and Applications teams.
• Facilitate meetings, readiness reviews, and status checkpoints.
• Track progress and escalate risks when needed.
• Ensure documentation, release and change management alignment.
• Provide updates for portfolio planning and leadership reviews.
