Pliant is seeking a Platform Infrastructure Engineer to own AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and runtime in a multi-account setup. You will build Terraform modules, maintain GitHub Actions pipelines, and develop Go/Python Lambdas for automation.

You will collaborate with product engineers, operate in on-call rotations, and help migrate from ECS to EKS while ensuring PCI DSS and SOC 2 alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform or infrastructure engineering with production AWS at scale.
• Strong design of VPCs, IAM, ECS/EKS, Lambda, and RDS.
• Terraform modules and IaC orchestration with drift handling.
• Experience with Spacelift or similar tooling.
• Kubernetes production workloads and ECS to EKS migration plans.
• GitHub Actions at scale with reusable workflows and caching.
• Datadog observability, dashboards, SLOs, and alerting.
• High Python proficiency and clear cross-functional communication.

Responsabilités

• Own infra domains end to end from design to on call.
• Write and maintain Terraform modules for multiple AWS accounts.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for Java/Kotlin services at scale.
• Build Lambda functions in Go and Python for ops tasks.
• Set up Datadog monitors and SLOs to surface issues early.
• Manage IAM/KMS and PCI DSS/SOC 2 compliant controls.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Collaborate with product engineers and adopt AI coding tools.
