Cornerstone Management Solutions seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the platform's commercial strategy and drive new business across multiple manufacturing capabilities. The role centers on developing major accounts, managing a disciplined pipeline, and coordinating prospecting across sister companies.

Competenze

• Proven sales leadership and business development success within engineered manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or closely related environments.
• Strong existing customer relationships and ability to bring new opportunities into a manufacturing organization.
• Commercial experience in plastic injection molding and/or metal stamping is strongly preferred; broader exposure is valued.
• Experience selling to OEM and Tier organizations and coordinating with engineering, purchasing, quality, operations, and executives.
• Excellent quoting, pricing, margin, forecasting, and complex negotiations skills.

• Set and execute the overall business development strategy by market, account, capability, and geography.
• Lead the platform-wide pipeline development, prospecting, quoting, and forecasting with accountability for conversions.
• Develop new business and strategic accounts through an established network across OEM, Tier1, Tier2, and contract manufacturing markets.
• Build a book of business for plastic injection molding, insert molding, overmolding, stamping, and assembly capabilities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and coordinate a unified platform approach to shared customers.
