Job summary

Connect Search, LLC invites an experienced leader to become President for a PE-backed manufacturing platform in the Chicago area. You will own the P&L, drive strategy, and lead growth across commercial, product, and organizational development.

With 6–12 years of management experience in manufacturing and an MBA, you will build the commercial engine, oversee budgets and KPIs, and develop talent while expanding into new markets domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 6 to 12 years of management experience with P&L responsibility in manufacturing.
• Commercial orientation with a track record of generating new revenue.
• Strong people leadership and financial management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L, budget, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Build and lead the sales strategy, including key accounts and new customer acquisition.
• Drive product line expansion and new market opportunities.
• Develop talent and lead change across the organization.
