Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Santa Monica to lead high-stakes programs spanning software, ML, data analytics, and platform engineering. You’ll own cross-functional roadmaps, mentor TPMs and engineers, and write code and dashboards to demonstrate progress in a fast-moving environment.

You will collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape roadmaps, drive architectural trade-offs, and ensure operational excellence across the product and infrastructure stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent years of experience.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional engineering/data-intensive programs.
• 5+ years in Technical Program Management with ambiguity handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Own full lifecycle from ideation to execution and operational excellence.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to shape roadmaps and drive technical decisions.
• Use data analytics (Python/SQL) and dashboards to guide programs and communicate with senior leaders.
