Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our platform team. You will own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and developer experience across a global, AI-enabled fintech platform. You will partner with the CISO to advance security maturity while guiding engineers through growth and architectural decisions.

Experience scaling platform, infrastructure or DevOps teams, with hands-on coding and Terraform-based cloud tooling, is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Engineering Management experience.
• 6+ years as a Software Engineer, with platform/infrastructure/DevOps focus.
• Strong CI/CD, DevOps and infrastructure expertise.
• Security-minded approach; experience partnering with a CISO or security team.
• Proven ability to scale teams and systems, with observability and SRE focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a platform engineering team of 4–6 engineers.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and developer experience.
• Oversee infrastructure, observability, monitoring and SLOs in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with CISO to implement security strategies for AI-enabled platforms.
• Drive AI infrastructure initiatives and agent-platform integration.
• Mentor engineers and shape engineering culture and career growth.
