Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior Platform Engineer to own the company's software platform, reliability posture, and AI-assisted delivery. You will lead platform engineering, SRE, and AI adoption to ship secure, scalable payments infrastructure.

You will drive standards, measure deployment metrics, and align hundreds of engineers around a paved road, enabling faster innovation with fewer defects in production.

Qualifications

• Experience in platform engineering at scale, preferably in fintech or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, observability, incident management, and deployment pipelines.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and code-generation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own IDP (Identity/Platform delivery) and CI/CD tooling with standardized templates.
• Lead SRE and production excellence across payment platforms, with robust observability and incident readiness.
• Own AI-assisted engineering integration, prompts, context engineering, and guardrails before production.
