Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and build foundational data platforms and core cloud infrastructure. You will work with stakeholders to refine requirements and shape how engineers develop, test, and deploy software at Scale.

You should have 3+ years in backend engineering, strong distributed systems knowledge, and fluency with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Temporal, and AWS Step Functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time engineering experience, post-graduation in backend systems.
• Experience with distributed systems and public cloud platforms (AWS).
• Track record of independent ownership of engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with containerization and deployment technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with orchestration platforms (Temporal, AWS Step Functions).
• Experience with NoSQL document databases (MongoDB) and relational databases (Postgres).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling (CircleCI).

Responsibilities
