Job summary

Skill is hiring for a role shaping the internal development ecosystem with AI agent technology. You will build a highly scalable platform that enables teams to harness AI without major re-architecture, focusing on extensibility, usability, and robust governance.

You will drive integrations with modern CI/CD, manage resource usage, and implement strong security along with observability to deliver measurable developer productivity improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python development and serverless functions experience.
• Hands-on with AI agent services, guardrails, and knowledge bases.
• Experience with large language model APIs and practical security practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, and secure secret handling.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI agent orchestration systems and routing.
• Integrate AI agents into CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
• Develop shared platform APIs and tool integrations for AI agents.
• Design robust knowledge bases with scalable search and storage.
• Implement guardrails, data scrubbing, and per-agent permissions.
• Ensure observability with dashboards, logs, and cost tracing.
