Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software, infrastructure, or data engineering.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in at least one domain (cloud infra or data engineering).
• Fluency in the other domain and ability to guide priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead two teams: DevOps and Data Engineering (six engineers total).
• Mentor engineers and develop technical leads within each team.
• Set and drive a unified platform roadmap with leadership.
• Ensure reliable, secure AWS infrastructure and smooth deployment pipelines.
• Ensure the data platform serves product engineering and analytics teams with clear data standards.
• Own SOC2 audit cycle and penetration test: planning, evidence collection, coordination, remediation.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps and data best practices into the SDLC.
• Contribute technically: review designs and guide architectural decisions.
