Job summary

iFIT seeks a Tech Lead/Sr. Manager of Platform Engineering to own Cloud Ops infrastructure, platform self-service, and AI-driven workflows across a large user base.

You'll drive the technical roadmap, scale production AWS infrastructure, manage IAM, CI/CD templates, and automate deployment modules, while leading a team through hiring and performance management to ensure reliability and business alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading platform engineering teams.
• Strong cloud fundamentals with AWS and Terraform.
• Hands-on in CI/CD, IAM, and automation.
• Ability to design AI-native platform workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own platform roadmap and execution plans.
• Lead planning cycles and ensure alignment across teams.
• Hire, coach, and manage team performance.
• Track delivery, resolve blockers, and ensure reliability.
• Coordinate with AI, Product, Security, IT, and Finance.
• Own incident response and on-call management.
