Qualifications

• 12+ years of software/DevOps platform experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and multi-team platform delivery.
• Proficient in IaC, CI/CD, and automation across large-scale platforms.
• Experience building observability, telemetry, and SRE enablement for platforms.
• Proven ability to lead multi-team migration programs and platform modernization.
• Solid understanding of platform-as-a-product concepts and security-by-default.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-team delivery of IaC, CI/CD, and automation aligned to the platform roadmap.
• Oversee observability platform components and ensure baseline telemetry across services.
• Manage migration execution across workload streams with risk management.
• Drive next-gen cloud platform development and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Lead Platform Reliability Engineering and DevEx/enablement efforts across teams.
• Guide platform lifecycle, cost management, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure security integration and audit readiness for platform services.
• Coordinate AI/ML platform infrastructure and governance requirements.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Cloud Ops, Security, and Product managers.
