Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE
• 4+ years in team leadership or technical lead roles (5-10 engineers)
• 3+ years in GCP (GKE, IAM, networking) and Kubernetes
• 4+ years in Agile/Scrum delivery and incident management
• 1+ year in AI-driven operations or automation frameworks
• 3+ years in cloud networking (VPCs, routing, load balancing, security)

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the H100 platform engineering roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities and program milestones
• Drive delivery of GCP-based platform capabilities (GKE, networking, IAM, CI/CD, observability)
• Establish and enforce engineering standards and ADR compliance
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance requirements (SOC2, HIPAA)
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Provide clear status reporting and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and delivery streams
• Lead incident response and on-call processes
• Maintain runbooks and operational procedures
• Mentor and train engineers; support onboarding for contractors
• Identify opportunities for automation and platform optimization
• Drive strategic planning, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization
