You will lead a team, set platform roadmaps, coordinate with vendors, and ensure reliable, secure desktop and mobile computing across thousands of devices. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience in end-user platform engineering and related technologies.
• US citizenship may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain desktop and mobile OS baseline configurations.
• Create and maintain Group Policies, Modern Policies, and documentation.
• Define OS, applications, encryption/security functionality, and image requirements.
• Build and maintain Core Images and Core Image profiles across multiple devices.
• Coordinate OS lifecycle management, testing, validation, and quarterly updates.
• Provide Tier 3 engineering support for escalated issues and assist FDIC teams.
