Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Platform Engineering team for end-user platform engineering and OS baseline management.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable end-user computing services.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, and image lifecycle management.
• Provide Tier 3 support for escalated desktop/mobile issues.
