Job summary

Harbinger in California seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Platform team (Frontend, Backend, DevOps) in Garden Grove. You will drive Architecture, product delivery, and cross-functional collaboration, aligning firmware and software roadmaps with a focus on scalable, end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

Hands-on engineering experience with React and GoLang; strong architectural skills.
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to end-to-end delivery.
Experience with telemetry, real-time data visualization, and geospatial dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Platform team (Frontend, Backend, DevOps).
Own architecture, technology decisions, and hiring roadmap for the platform.
Deliver complex web/app products like Fleet dashboards and configuration tools.
Mentor engineers and ensure scalable product delivery.
Coordinate internal and external teams toward targets.
