Job summary

Storm3 is seeking a Platform Engineer to own the Braze and Hightouch Martech stack, empowering acquisition, enrollment, and customer engagement across the business.

You will standardize architectures, maintain reliable integrations with Snowflake, Salesforce, and mail vendors, and implement Liquid personalization and triggers.

This fully remote role includes equity, unlimited vacation, 100% employer-covered health/dental/vision, and 16 weeks of paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in MarTech engineering or platform integrations.
• Ownership of production platforms and ability to operate as platform owner.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of customer data models.

Responsibilities

• Own Braze and Hightouch infrastructure with configuration and ongoing improvements.
• Standardize Braze Canvas architecture, templates, and release processes with testing checks.
• Maintain integrations across Braze, Hightouch, Snowflake, Salesforce, and mail vendors.
• Implement Liquid personalization, triggers, and send-time optimization with stakeholders.
• Monitor reliability, data integrity, and deployment health; build dashboards and alerts.
• Develop landing pages, APIs, webhooks, and automation as scope grows (Twilio, FCM, AWS SNS).
• Implement website tracking via Google Tag Manager and server-side tagging.
