Job summary

Storm3 is seeking its first Data Engineer to own and build the data foundation from the ground up for a rapidly growing HealthTech startup that uses AI to reimagine pharma marketing. You will design and implement the cloud data platform end-to-end and partner with product, AI, and marketing teams.

You will tackle scalable ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, identity resolution, and data quality challenges, enabling campaign measurement and AI-driven insights while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade data platforms and pipelines.
• Ability to design scalable ingestion and transformation processes.
• Comfort working with high-volume third-party data.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the cloud data platform end-to-end.
• Design ingestion, transformation, and attribution pipelines.
• Solve identity resolution and data quality challenges.
• Create foundation for campaign measurement and AI-driven insights.
