Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in release practices and environments.
• Experience with Workday configuration and leave management.
• Workday consultant background; certifications are a plus.
• Proven Scrum and DevOps experience; mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural design and maintenance for platform environments (COTS, SaaS, ERP).
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Plan software upgrades, patches, and plugin installations.
• Monitor performance and manage capacity across components.
• Design, test, and maintain integrations for platform apps.
• Adhere to security and coding standards for resilience and data protection.
• Review requirements to deploy optimal solutions; configure and debug.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate status and proposals.
• Deploy and configure platform applications to meet company needs.
• Mentor and lead junior developers; perform additional duties as needed.
