Job summary

Fexa is seeking a senior Platform Engineer to own components end-to-end, design scalable IaC, and drive reliability initiatives across AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. You will shape architecture, build reusable modules, and mentor teammates while balancing production support and project work.

You will collaborate with the team on on-call rotations, security practices, and operational excellence, delivering robust, scalable infrastructure with a strong bias for reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform engineering, infra, or DevOps.
• Strong hands-on AWS infra.
• Advanced Terraform: reusable modules, remote state, drift detection, CI testing.
• Building and debugging CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions/Jenkins.
• Kubernetes/EKS and Fargate experience.
• GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
• Observability: dashboards, alerts, metrics, logs, APM.
• Security by default: least privilege IAM, secrets handling.

Responsibilities

• Authorize reusable Terraform modules and manage AWS infrastructure per conventions.
• Design, optimize, and standardize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
• Own components end-to-end, drive migrations and data infra with guidance.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and refine Terraform/observability standards.
• Instrument services and build meaningful dashboards and alerts for ops.
