Job summary

Exiger is seeking a Platform Engineer II to maintain and improve our cloud infrastructure, with a focus on government-grade environments. You will own medium-scale infrastructure projects, collaborate across engineering teams, and use Terraform, Helm, Argo CD, and CI/CD tooling to deliver secure, scalable deployments.

qualified candidates will have hands-on AWS, Kubernetes/EKS experience, and strong scripting skills in Python or Bash, plus IAM and secrets management know‑how.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting production cloud infrastructure or CI/CD systems.
• Hands‑on AWS experience and familiarity with Kubernetes/EKS.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, GitOps, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with IAM, secrets management, databases, and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD.
• Operate AWS EKS, including autoscaling, resource management, and troubleshooting.
• Manage IAM, cross-account access, and secrets using Vault and AWS Secrets Manager.
• Automate operational tasks using Ansible, Python, and Bash.
• Build production‑ready containers and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve system health through Grafana, CloudWatch, Kibana dashboards, and alerts.
