The ideal candidate will bring strong container orchestration experience, AWS proficiency, and programming skills in Python or Golang, along with GitOps and CI/CD tooling expertise.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Proven production experience with container orchestration technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• Strong background in containers and immutable infrastructure.
• Extensive AWS experience is required.
• Proficiency in Python or Golang.
• Experience with GitOps deployment tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi‑region OpenShift platform across six AWS regions.
• Design and maintain declarative infrastructure using Kubernetes manifests.
• Build or integrate operators to reduce toil and enable self‑serve for teams.
• Own observability, monitoring, and logging across the platform.
• Implement container security controls to meet regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform incidents across the fleet.
