Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a platform integration specialist to customize and extend the platform, automate workflows, and integrate with external systems and APIs. You will design technical solutions, configure and test platform applications, and ensure security standards are met.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 2+ years in release practices or similar experience; Salesforce certification is preferred, as is experience in claims operations.

Salesforce System Administration Certification preferred
Claims Operations Experience preferred

Responsibilities

Customize and extend the platform
Automate workflows and processes within the platform
Integrate the platform with external systems and APIs
Tune performance for specific platforms
Utilize advanced modules or extensions
Monitor performance, resolve problems, and manage component capacity issues
Design, test, develop, configure, and maintain integrations to platform applications
Adhere to platform security and coding standards for resilience, data, and security
Review business requirements and deploy the best solution, including configuring, coding, and debugging
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to communicate statuses and technical proposals
Deploy and configure platform applications tailored to company needs
Design technical solutions; configure, customize, test, and maintain platform applications to meet company requirements
