Jobtailor is seeking a senior Salesforce professional to lead administration, development, and platform optimization across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Certinia integrations.

You will design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows, partnering with business teams to automate processes, govern security, and maintain data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce Administration and Development experience.
Strong expertise with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Proficiency in Salesforce Flows and Integrations/APIs.
Experience supporting Certinia / FinancialForce strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior technical resource for Salesforce administration, development, and platform optimization.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
Support and enhance Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) functionality, configurations, and workflows.
Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and automate business processes.
Manage and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system improvements.
Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
Drive best practices around system governance, security, documentation, and platform scalability.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements.
