Job summary

Jobtailor in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a senior Salesforce professional to own administration, development, and platform optimization across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows, support Certinia/FinancialForce, and collaborate with stakeholders to automate processes while ensuring governance and security. This is a full-time on-site role with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration and Development experience.
• Deep expertise with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience supporting Certinia / FinancialForce strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Serve as a senior technical resource for Salesforce administration, development, and platform optimization.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.

• Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and automate business processes.
• Manage and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system improvements.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Drive best practices around system governance, security, documentation, and platform scalability.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements.
