Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory).
• At least 2 years of experience with AWS.
• At least 1 year of experience administering Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Workspace for the organization.
• Provide prompt and effective technical support to users; troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity; address issues proactively.
• Stay up-to-date with Google Workspace features and best practices; implement updates.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials for users.
• Maintain operational aspects of the platform including remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Monitor platform support Slack channels and address questions.
• Lead the availability, resilience and scalability of the platform.
• Collaborate with Architecture to align platforms with latest architecture and configuration.
• Encourage innovation and automation; foster inclusion and teamwork.
• Utilize scripting languages like Python, Bash, and others.
• Container Orchestration with Docker and ECS; CM tools with Ansible and Terraform; AWS services.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure software works on platforms.
