Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience with build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory).
• At least 4 years of experience with AWS.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of experience administering Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective technical support to users and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity; address problems proactively.
• Stay up-to-date with Google Workspace features and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials for users.
• Collaborate with Architecture to align platforms with latest design and configuration.
• Lead platform engineering practices and mentor engineers across Agile teams.
