Job summary

NikoHealth, a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming how DME and HME providers operate, seeks a hands-on platform engineering leader. You will own the CI/CD pipeline, runtimes, and deployment strategies, reporting to the CTO and shaping the way we release software in AWS and Windows environments.

This early-stage role focuses on improving developer experience, reducing release lead times, and enabling the offshore team while collaborating with senior engineers to scale the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering.
• Production Terraform experience with state ownership and drift reconciliation.
• Production Windows Server and IIS, including application pools.
• End-to-end ownership of a CI/CD pipeline in a prior role.
• Experience with AWS at the scale used by this estate (EC2, ALB, VPC, IAM).

Responsibilities

• Own our CI/CD pipeline end to end, with the authority to change what it deploys and how.
• Own developer experience: reproducible builds, local environments, fast feedback on changes.
• Get automated regression tests running in CI and exercised regularly.
• Reduce release lead time and publish a committed release window.
• Make fleet version state queryable and auditable by users.
• Design and publish an access model to simplify provisioning.
• Update runtimes and shared libraries to current versions.
• Document and share lessons learned to reduce knowledge silos.
