Job summary

BBMK Technologies DBA NikoHealth is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer in a remote US role. The engineer will own the CI/CD pipeline end to end, improve developer experience with reproducible builds, and drive automation of the regression suite in CI.

The position focuses on deploying a scalable platform across Windows Server/IIS on AWS and guiding infrastructure investments as the company scales. Reporting to the CTO, you will work with senior engineers, collaborate with offshore teams, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering.
• Experience with Production Terraform state management.
• Experience with Windows Server and IIS in production.
• End-to-end ownership of a CI/CD pipeline.
• AWS infrastructure at scale (EC2, ALB, VPC, IAM).
• Proven ability to replace manual processes with automated ones.
• Demonstrated impact on developer efficiency (builds, setup, feedback).
• Daily use of AI coding agents with proper tests and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Own our CI/CD pipeline end to end.
• Own developer experience with reproducible builds and local environments.
• Get automated regression suite running in CI.
• Cut release lead time and publish a committed release window.
• Make fleet version state queryable.
• Design and publish an access model to stop routing through one inbox.
• Update runtimes and dependencies, starting with shared libraries.
• Document and share lessons learned.
