Job summary

NikoHealth is building a next-generation DME/HME platform and seeks an experienced Platform/DevOps Engineer to own CI/CD, developer experience, and release automation. You will modernize deployments across Windows Server/IIS and AWS, working with Terraform and Octopus Deploy, while collaborating with senior engineers and the CTO.

As one of the first two engineering hires in the US, you will shape the platform, drive automation, and scale the fleet.

Qualifications

5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering.
Production Terraform, including state you owned and drift you had to reconcile.
Production Windows Server and IIS, application pools included.
End-to-end ownership of a CI/CD pipeline in a previous role.
AWS at the level this estate uses it: EC2, ALB, VPC, IAM.
Proven track record automating a process and measuring before/after.

Responsibilities

Own our CI/CD pipeline end to end, with authority to change what it deploys and how.
Own developer experience: reproducible builds, local environment, fast feedback.
Get our automated regression suite running in CI and executed.
Cut release lead time and publish a committed release window.
Make fleet version state queryable instead of manual.
Design and publish an access model for provisioning.
Bring runtimes and dependencies current, starting with shared libraries.
Document and share learnings to spread infrastructure knowledge.
