Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Level 4 CXS Development team member to collaborate with Customer Success, resolving software issues during upgrades. You will work with Architects and Product Management to align on solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include partnering with developers and installation teams, documenting work, and adhering to coding standards while delivering dependable, scalable support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; 8+ years IT experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years proven experience in technical support or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Networking; multicast; TCP/IP communications.
• Strong Unix/Linux administration and scripting capabilities (PowerShell, Ansible).
• Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server/MySQL).
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, support personnel, and installation teams on software-related customer concerns.
• Create and maintain documentation to support development and share insights with the team.
• Contribute to development and problem solving with a passion for quality and customer success.
• Follow company programming standards and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
