Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, preferably with data-intensive analytics products.
• Experience coordinating and delivering within an agile or sprint-based team environment.
• Hands-on experience with modern web stacks (Node.js, React, Python) and managing delivery workflows in Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own sprint and achievement planning, prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and conduct constructive code reviews to raise quality.
• Track progress, communicate delivery status, and surface risks early to stakeholders.
