Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design of cloud, infrastructure, and platform engineering across AWS and Azure. You will define technical strategy, establish standards, and drive a team of engineers and architects in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on architecture with leadership responsibilities, guiding security-embedded SDLC, observability, and scalable platforms while collaborating with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud architecture, infrastructure or platform engineering with leadership experience.
• Deep hands-on AWS/Azure design and implementation across compute, networking, storage, and identity.
• Proven DevSecOps pipeline architecture with Azure DevOps, Harness, and GitLab including SAST/DAST.
• Strong observability experience with New Relic, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
• Experience with IaC (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation) and container/orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Proven track record leading technical teams and aligning decisions with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture for FleetPride's cloud, infrastructure, and platform environments across AWS and Azure.
• Design scalable, secure reference architectures for compute, networking, storage, identity, and container/orchestration platforms.
• Establish architecture standards, patterns, and guardrails for infrastructure-as-code and cloud landing zones.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and long-term strategy.
• Architect and guide the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices across the organization.
• Champion policy-as-code and secure configuration management across cloud and platform environments.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of architects and engineers.
