Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of technology experience, including leadership responsibility for enterprise platforms or core business systems.
• 3 to 5+ years of people leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience balancing operational stability with delivery of technology change in regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Experience in life insurance New Business, Underwriting, or Policy Administration domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the New Business & Underwriting platform roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead planning, prioritization, and execution across platform initiatives and regulatory changes.
• Monitor platform performance, incidents, and health with support teams to address risks.
• Establish KPIs for platform health, cycle time, and productivity to drive improvements.
• Represent the platform to stakeholders with clear updates on health, risks, and value realization.
