Job summary

Ex in the United States seeks a VP Implementation & Transformation Lead for Insurance Platforms to drive large-scale LifePRO/TPA programs, data migrations, and platform modernization. You will partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to embed automation and GenAI, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

You will manage senior stakeholders, govern architectural choices, and lead global delivery teams to achieve measurable business outcomes and risk-managed execution.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in enterprise architecture, engineering, or solution leadership.
• Experience partnering with CIO, CTO, CDO, and business executives.
• Proven experience in legacy policy admin system and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of legacy systems, cloud migrations, data fabric/mesh, and AI orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation & transformation leadership for LifePRO®, TPA, digital platforms.
• Provide governance across architecture, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teams to embed automation and GenAI.
• Serve as senior delivery leader for strategic client programs and governance.
• Build and lead global teams with accountability and delivery excellence.
