Job summary

Cyclops is seeking a Technical Program Manager to bring structure to product and engineering delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, partner integrations, and operational readiness, reporting to the COO and collaborating with engineering and product leadership.

This hands-on role requires clear communication, risk management, and delivery excellence to ensure initiatives ship on time and with quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience leading technical programs or cross-functional initiatives with engineering and product teams.
• Experience managing external vendors or client-facing deliveries with clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Organize and run execution for external integrations and partner onboarding initiatives.
• Own end-to-end project plans including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and assumptions.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, operations, compliance, legal, and external partners.
• Identify delivery risks early and propose mitigation strategies with tradeoffs.
• Lead structured communication and share status with leadership and stakeholders.
