Job summary

Stripe is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to manage a book of Platform customers in Chicago. You will deliver proactive workshops, business reviews, payments insights, and thought leadership to help users grow their business.

The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous, and enjoys engaging customers to investigate issues and drive value. You will work closely with sales, technical account managers, and operations to tackle product, payments, and technical discussions.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a client-facing role with enterprise relationships.
Marketplace and/or SaaS Platform experience.
3+ years of experience with consumption-based SaaS products.
Strong business sense and understanding of user drivers.
Track record of leading technical conversations and influencing actions.
Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of Platform customers and deliver proactive workshops, business reviews, payments insights, and thought leadership.
Collaborate with sales, TAMs, and operations to engage customers in product, payments, and technical conversations.
Perform business reviews to align on user priorities and share Stripe product roadmap.
Advocate for customers to internal teams to drive product improvements and better user experience.
Identify expansion opportunities with the account team to ensure customer success.
