- 5+ years as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced fintech or similar.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize foundational microservices and infrastructure.
- Improve resilience with monitoring and automated recovery.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and others.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
- Leverage user feedback and analytics to refine platform.
