Job summary
Anthropic is seeking a Communications Lead to own external communications for the Claude Platform and API. You will collaborate with the Platform product and engineering teams, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations to shape how our launches and capability releases are understood by customers and the industry.
You should understand how developers and enterprises build with APIs, maintain relationships with reporters and analysts, and guide spokespeople for press, podcasts, and events.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in communications, PR, or product marketing.
- Experience with developer platforms, API-first, or enterprise software.
- Existing relationships with reporters and analysts in AI/enterprise tech.
Responsibilities
- Own communications for the Claude Platform end to end: releases, updates, developer-facing news.
- Build relationships with journalists, newsletter writers, and creators in AI and enterprise software.
- Prepare Platform leaders to be effective spokespeople for press, podcasts, and panels.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align external narratives with product strategy and customer feedback.
- Manage communications across press, social, owned, and community channels.
