Job summary

Privia Health is seeking an experienced EHR support specialist to join our clinical operations team in the United States. You will support athenaClinicals and athenaCollector for Privia Medical Group clinicians and handle second-level troubleshooting for athenaOne incidents.

You will assist with testing, onboarding, and maintaining documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, efficient physician-friendly software solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of clinical/managed care or EHR support experience.
• Knowledgeable about medical terminology and data collection.
• SQL and HTML knowledge required.
