Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a Platform Associate to support athenahealth EHR/Practice Management for Privia Medical Group clinicians. You will work with the CIT IKS team and end-users to resolve EHR issues, configure and maintain athena content, and support a wide range of platform-related tasks.

Responsibilities include issue management, testing, and ongoing QA, with remote support and strong stakeholder communication. 1+ year of EHR or clinical experience and HIPAA knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in clinical/managed care or EHR support.
• 1+ years in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of extended medical terminology.
• Experience with data collection and document management.
• SQL and HTML knowledge.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Second-level issue management support.
• Troubleshoot and correct issues.
• Document, track, and close or escape incidents timely.
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting athenaOne.
• Build out and maintain Privia’s athenaOne platform.
• Routine QA of work.
• Be an escalation resource for Tier 1 support.
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders effectively and timely.
• Provide remote support for EHR issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software applications.
