Job summary

Privia Health seeks a Training Associate to design and deliver training programs for providers and Care Center staff, focusing on EHR concepts, efficiency, and Best Practice workflows.

The role supports go-live and on-going training, using curricula and metrics to guide coaching. Requires travel to TX markets, strong communication, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent background and experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Prior knowledge of athenaNet is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with extended medical terminology.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with a variety of personnel within teams and across organizational lines.
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced and changing work environment.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and have a reliable form of transportation.
  • Previous experience with an EMR or practice management system. Experience with athenaClinicals and athenaCollector is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Works collaboratively with and serves as an athenahealth SME for other Privia teams.
  • Provides excellent customer service through creative problem solving and follow through.

Location: Must reside or be open to relocate to our TX markets
70% travel required to supporting our TX/WA/CA/AZ Markets

The Training Associate facilitates in-person and webinar-based training programs for providers and Care Center staff. Our training program sets Care Centers up for success using the EHR and emphasizes Privia Best Practice workflows. In addition, the Training Associate serves as a resource to colleagues in an expert capacity.

Primary Job Duties:

The salary range for this role is $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs) . This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
