Job summary

Avaya is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead platform and APIs initiatives for Avaya Infinity. The role blends product leadership with hands-on work across API strategy, integrations, and developer experiences to simplify how enterprises build on Avaya.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, customers and partners to shape a roadmap and deliver tangible platform capabilities. The role focuses on turning complex requirements into reusable platform components,

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise software platforms, APIs and developer products.
Ability to translate enterprise requirements into executable roadmaps.
Strong customer discovery and product judgment.

Responsibilities

Shape product strategy and roadmap for platform, API and developer capabilities.
Gather insights from customers, partners, developers and internal teams to define priorities.
Define product requirements for APIs, events, integrations, developer tooling.
Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on tradeoffs and sequencing.
Translate complex enterprise needs into reusable platform capabilities.
Champion developers and partners as key users of the platform.
Work with Avaya product teams to standardize integration patterns.
Define measures for developer adoption and customer value.
Lead customer and partner discovery to guide priorities.
