About the Role

iCapital is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join the Operations team within our Client Success vertical. This role is central to iCapital's mission, focusing on enhancing operational scalability, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of operational excellence to our clients and partners. The individual will become an expert and advisor on the iCapital platform, contributing to its success and growth by understanding the needs of advisors and fund managers. This is a highly collaborative role, with a strong focus on improving operational processes as a team.

Responsibilities
  1. Understand the platform and product knowledge in-depth to address a wide range of client inquiries.
  2. Manage the fund launch process end-to-end for top wealth and asset managers.
  3. Manage internal and external inquiries through effective queue management while optimizing the client experience.
  4. Enhance and maintain internal resources and pipeline to support operations.
  5. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the iCapital platform, formulating avenues to better educate clients and internal teams.
  6. Document processes, procedures, and training related to platform and client evolution.
Qualifications
  1. 3-6 years of experience within investment operations, middle-office operations, client operations, or technical operations/support.
  2. Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to a diverse audience.
  3. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  4. A strong foundation in technical troubleshooting and pattern recognition.
  5. Patience and a client-centric approach to delivering technical and platform support.
  6. Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts straightforwardly and transparently to clients and internal parties with limited knowledge of the topic.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and quickly adjusting to new challenges and priorities.
Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $110,000. iCapital offers a comprehensive compensation package, including salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a benefits package that includes an employer-matched retirement plan, subsidized healthcare with 100% employer-paid dental, vision, telemedicine, virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

Employees in this role will work in the office four days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day. Department needs vary, and some positions may be designated as in-office jobs based on their function.
