RESPONSIBILITIES
Sotheby’s is seeking a Benefits Associate to join the Human Resources team. Reporting to the US Head of Benefits, this role will be responsible for administration of US and Canada employee health, wellness, leave and retirement benefit plans at Sotheby’s.
You are a Benefits professional with drive, initiative and a passion for benefits. You are analytical by nature and are comfortable managing large data sets. You are detail oriented and enjoy the technical aspects of benefits. You are a collaborative, team player with the ability to successfully coordinate and communicate across various HR, Payroll and Finance teams. You are passionate about benefits. You always strive to do what is right for employees while balancing the needs of the business. You are excited to work in a vibrant and collaborative team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
The proposed base salary for this position ranges from $80,000-$110,000. In addition to base salary successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, as well as a competitive benefits package. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
