About the Role

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll be a key driver of sales efficiency, providing strategic insights, systems support, and operational excellence to empower sales teams and accelerate revenue growth. Collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue, and cross-functional partners, you’ll streamline order management, enhance partner onboarding, and optimize processes to deliver exceptional support for our Partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Order Management: Process and oversee incoming orders, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, vendor partners, and revenue teams for accuracy and timely execution.
  • Partner Support: Resolve onboarding and order-related inquiries promptly, working with revenue teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
  • Process Expertise: Serve as a subject-matter expert on operational workflows, partnering with Sales Enablement to train sellers and maintain playbooks/documentation.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide high-touch support to SMB sales teams, managing orders, billing reconciliation, bonus media, and critical operational tasks.
  • Operational Innovation: Identify and implement process improvements and Salesforce automations to boost efficiency and scalability.
  • Project Leadership: Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at refining order management and enhancing SMB sales initiatives.

Qualification:

  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, support, or accounting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Product, Finance).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and data analysis tools (Excel, GSheets, or SQL).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and proactive mindset.

Bonus Points

  • Advertising or tech industry experience.
  • Familiarity with the platform and its ad products.
