Anywhere Integrated Services seeks a Transaction Systems & Operations Specialist to bridge business operations with transaction platforms. You will administer, govern, configure, and optimize transaction systems and related technologies to support title and escrow workflows.

The role collaborates with escrow, title, and operations teams to translate needs into scalable system solutions and to drive adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and governing complex transaction platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Strong collaboration with escrow/title/operational teams.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and change management.
• Experience maintaining system integrity across regions and units.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration & Governance: serve as primary administrator for the Qualia platform and related systems.
• Manage user roles, permissions, security groups, and access controls with governance and compliance.
• Gatekeeper for configuration changes, access exceptions, and role-based permissions.
• Maintain underwriter credentials and platform-level settings.
• Ensure system integrity and security across regions and units.
• Support transitions and adoption initiatives.
